Shift Tone Calendar is a work schedule planner built around color. Assign a distinct color to each shift type, set up repeating patterns, and watch your entire work cycle take shape across a visual calendar grid.
There is no account to create and nothing to sync. Everything lives on your device. Open the app, define your shifts, pick your colors, and your schedule is ready to view from the first week through months ahead.
The rotating schedule system lets you define a cycle of any length — a standard four-day rotation, a week-on week-off pattern, or any custom sequence — and the app fills in the calendar automatically. Tap any day to override it manually when your actual schedule differs from the template.
Multiple shift templates can coexist, so if your role changes across different seasons or projects, you can switch between them without losing your history. Each template carries its own color palette, label, and repeat interval.
The calendar view shows a full month at a glance, with each day rendered in its assigned shift color. Patterns are immediately recognizable without reading individual labels. A week view is also available for a closer look at short-range planning.
Settings let you choose which day starts the week, adjust the font size to fit your reading preference, and select which tab opens by default when you launch the app. First-time users see a short walkthrough on launch.
No ads, no subscriptions, no registration. Just a clean, local shift planner.
